What a lovely, enveloping place – more beautiful in person than in photos. What a parade of birds – the resident Roadrunner, Quail, Verdin, Le Conte’s Thrasher, Scott’s Oriole, House Finches, Rock Wren, did I mention Quail?And bats – streaking the night air, reducing the bug population enormously and what a great dwelling this is – the creativity and humor in the decor, the comfort of the beds, the incredible view from the deck.
