Reservations of 8 or more people staying at our Main House and Sorriso Da Terra require a $500 refundable security deposit, pending there is not damage to the premises.

Guests visiting from outside the US require a $500 refundable security deposit, pending there is not damage to the premises.

Main House (JTO)

2 bedrooms + 2 baths – accommodates 2-4 guests.

$350 weekend rate per night: includes Friday-Sunday (2 night minimum)
$295 weekday rate per night: Monday-Thursday (2 night minimum)

Sorriso da Terra (SDT)

2 bedrooms + 1 bath – accommodates an additional 2-4 guests.

This new addition is rented as an add-on to our main house. We rent both JTO and SDT to one party at a time for our guests' privacy.

$225 weekend (2 night minimum)
$200 weekday (2 night minimum)

The following holidays require a minimum rental at $575/night (includes JTO & SDT):

Memorial Day - 3 days
July 4 - 3 days
Labor Day - 3 days
Thanksgiving - 4 days (discount not applicable)

Payment

1. Personal Checks or Money Orders

Make the check or money order payable to Joshua Tree Oasis. Please contact us via phone to find out where to mail payment at 760.515.2314.

If visiting from outside the United States, please pay via credit card or PayPal.

2. Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx. Please contact us via phone to pay via credit card at 760-515-2314.

If paying by credit card, add 4.5%.

3. Credit Cards via Paypal

Paypal is widely used across the internet – it lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. Here's how it works:

Click on the button below,
When you get to PayPal, you can either register for a free PayPal account (useful for future payments), or pay directly with your credit card or debit card,
Click on 'Send Money' tab and fill out a form to send a sum and provide that recipient's email address.

If paying by PayPal, add 4.5%.

Simple as that. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express*. Members in the UK may also use Switch or Solo cards with their PayPal accounts.

* At this time, attempts to register or use an American Express Corporate Card in conjunction with PayPal will be declined.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is made via check or money order and is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 3 weeks of your arrival date are subject to forfeit of first 1/2 deposit.

If a reservation is made via credit card or PayPal and is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued minus 4.5% refund fee. Cancellations within 3 weeks of your arrival date are subject to forfeit of first 1/2 deposit plus 4.5% refund fee.
