Our Rates
- $325 weekend rate per night: includes Friday-Sunday
- $295 weekday rate per night
Discounts:
10% discount for stays of 1 week or longer (7 days)
10% discount for summer: June-August
The following holidays require a minimum rental at $325/night:
- Martin Luther King - 3 days
- Presidents Day - 3 days
- Easter - 3 days
- Memorial Day - 3 days
- Labor Day - 3 days
- Thanksgiving - 5 days (discount not applicable)
- Christmas - 5 days (discount not applicable)
- New Years - 5 days (discount not applicable)

- Four (4) person maximum occupancy
- First 50% of deposit required to confirm your reservation for all stays. Second 50% of deposit required 3 weeks prior to your arrival date
- If a reservation is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued
- Cancellations within 3 weeks of your arrival date are subject to forfeit of deposit
- Personal checks or money orders accepted
- If paying by PayPal, add 3%
- Smoking allowed outdoors only
- Sorry, no pets allowed
