Our home accommodates up to 8 guests total.

The Main House (included in the base rate) accommodates 4, and the optional Guest House adds space for 4 more.

The Guest House is only included for groups larger than 4 people and is never rented to separate parties. Your privacy is always protected.

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.

Need a little extra time? Just ask, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Closer to your booking date, you’ll receive self-check-in instructions via email. No need to meet anyone, just arrive and unwind.

A lockbox with keys is located on-site, and we’ll send the code before your arrival.

We happily welcome up to 2 dogs per stay for an additional $150 fee. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your furry friends.

Pet Policy 🐾

Pets must remain on a leash while outdoors and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Any damages caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility.

Please note: the High Desert is home to coyotes, which can be dangerous to unleashed dogs. Cacti in the area can also cause injuries. For their safety, owners are fully responsible for supervising their pets at all times.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

You may smoke outside, please use ashtrays and be mindful of fire safety.

We do not allow parties, social events, photo shoots, or filming without prior written approval.

No. We recommend bringing your own firewood for the fire pit and/or fireplace, especially during cooler months.

Yes. Plenty of on-site parking is available for your group.

Yes! We provide high-quality sheets, bath towels, and extra blankets to keep you cozy and comfortable.

There isn’t one on the property, but a reliable laundromat is nearby in town if needed.
