HOUSE RULES
Our home is split into two units for flexibility and privacy: The Main house & Guest House
- Rates include 2 bedrooms in the Main House (sleeps 4 guests).
- Extra guests (over 4) incur a fee.
For our guests privacy, our Guest House (sleeps 4 more) is only rented as an additional unit to the same party if they have more than 4 people.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests
Check‑In: 4 PM
Check‑Out: 11 AM
Pets are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per booking and this will incur an additional charge of $150 per stay.
Smoking not allowed inside the house.
NO parties, social events, photo shoots nor filming allowed. * Please contact us for more detailed information.
All guests will receive and need to sign a DocuSign rental agreement via email that provides legal protection for both guest and host.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Bring your own firewood for the fire pit and/or fireplace.
